CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive 100% of your registration refund, please send an email with your cancellation notice by March 11, 2008. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. To request a cancellation or substitution, please contact Ashlyn Donatelli at adonatelli@visionep.com. Please note, cancellations received between March 11, 2008 and April 11, 2008 will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the initial price you paid for the conference. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 11, 2008.
