Title: Revealing OpenDeploy Secrets: Tips and Tricks for getting the most out of OpenDeploy

By using best practices such as substitution parameters and external replication farm sets, we have been able to reduce the number of needed OpenDeploy configurations. In many cases, a single OD configuration can be used for every project. The key to this is the externalization of the items that change into configuration files and/or workflow variables that are passed to a very smart universal external task for calling OpenDeploy. In some cases, our entire OpenDeploy development effort for a new project takes only a matter of minutes and requires the creation of no new files.
